1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. They help the site remember information about your visit — such as your login state or preferences — and help us understand how you use the platform.

Essential cookies
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. Without them you cannot log in or use core features. They do not require your consent.

Analytics cookies
We use Mixpanel to understand how visitors use Keyzee — which pages are visited, which features are used, and where users encounter problems. This helps us improve the platform. Analytics data is pseudonymous (linked to a random ID, not directly to your name).
We also collect first-party engagement analytics on property listings — for example how long a listing is viewed, how far the page is scrolled, and which photos, floor plans, or EPC documents are opened. This data is pseudonymous, stored on our own infrastructure (never sold or shared with third parties), and is used to show sellers how buyers interact with their listing and to improve our recommendations. It is only collected if you accept analytics cookies.

Preference cookies
These are stored in your browser's localStorage rather than as traditional cookies. They are used to remember your settings between visits.

3. Third-party cookies
We do not allow advertising networks or social media platforms to set cookies on Keyzee. The only third-party cookies present are those set by Auth0 (authentication) and Mixpanel (analytics) as described above.
4. Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in to Keyzee.
